Bring Me In To Speak

Real change happens in everyday decisions, not abstract intentions.

I’m Angeline Gillings. Business coach, leadership facilitator, and keynote speaker. I don’t talk about leadership and customer experience from the outside. I’ve led it from within, as a senior executive across major consumer goods organizations, before I ever stepped on a stage.

Whether I’m in front of 15 sales leaders in a boardroom or 400 students on a conference stage, my audiences leave with more than inspiration.  They leave with a personal commitment, a practical tool, and language they can use in their very next conversation.

You may not meet the customer. But your decisions meet them every day.

Why Book Angeline?

The Speaker Behind the Message

Most speakers talk about leadership. I’ve made the decisions that define it.

Over 30+ years, I’ve held senior executive roles across global consumer goods organizations, including serving as Managing Director of GraceFoods Limited, a subsidiary of GraceKennedy Group, where the decisions my teams made shaped what customers actually experienced, from product quality and supply reliability to service culture and frontline capability. I know what it looks like when organizations get it right, and what it costs when they don’t.

Today, I bring that operating reality into every room I enter: corporate boardrooms, sales teams, all-staff conferences, and college campuses alike. I’ve taken the APCA national stage in front of 300–400 college students, served as a presenter and judge for Yale’s Innovation Pitch Competition, and led facilitated workshops for NACA, APCA, and campuses across the country.

What I Speak On

Signature Topics

Signature Topics

Every session I deliver centers on one core idea: real change happens in everyday decisions, not abstract intentions. From there, I tailor to the themes your audience needs most:

  • Customer-Centric Leadership: Embedding customer thinking into everyday decisions, behaviors, and business outcomes, for leaders who don’t sit in customer-facing roles but whose decisions shape the customer experience anyway.
  • Growing Revenue with Limited Resources: A practical framework for sales and growth teams asked to do more without more headcount or budget.
  • Workplace Positivity & Empowerment: Helping teams protect their energy, elevate morale, and sustain performance under pressure.
  • Multigenerational Collaboration: Turning generational differences on a team into a source of strength instead of friction.
  • Student Leadership & Career Readiness: Equipping student leaders with the business and leadership foundations they need before they ever set foot in the workforce.

Not sure which fits your event? Tell me your goals and audience, and I’ll recommend the right theme and format.

How I show Up In the Room

Speaking Table

Room size: Anywhere from an intimate group of 11–20 (sales teams, leadership cohorts) to a full arena of 300–400+ (I’ve taken the APCA national stage and spoken to full-arena college audiences). My delivery style adjusts with the room, more discussion-based for smaller groups, higher-energy and interactive for large ones.

Always customized. I build every session around your audience, industry, and objective, the language, the examples, and sometimes even the title. A session for a corporate leadership team looks and sounds different from one for a college campus, even when the underlying principle is the same. Nothing I deliver is “off the shelf.”

Virtual & hybrid: Yes, I’ve delivered multi-year recorded course sessions and online pitch/webinar programs, so I’m equally comfortable on a virtual stage as an in-person one.

Proof In Practice

Recent Delivery: GraceKennedy Ltd

I recently designed and delivered a Customer-Centric Leadership session for the senior leadership team at GraceKennedy Ltd, with 19 participants spanning corporate finance, operations, insurance, strategy, compliance, audit, remittance, and commercial development.

The goal: move people from customer awareness to customer action. Participants left with a personal audit of their own leadership behaviors, specific 30-day commitments, and a shared framework for embedding customer thinking into everyday decisions.

After the session, I sent personalized 30-day follow-up emails to every participant, reinforcing their individual commitment and sustaining momentum long after the room emptied out.

“Angeline’s expertise shines through in the way she teaches and guides her audience. The program content was customized for the participants with clear guidelines to build strategies for business growth.”

— Kathi Wehage, CEO, Business Plans in Action

“Inspired by every word… amazing experience… the spirit that surrounds her gives a positive energy to us as listeners. Would like Angeline to present again.”

— Caesar Bryan, President, Dynamic Pitch

“This training brought awareness of how to approach office conversations with openness to ideas presented from all generations… This training should be provided in all work settings.”

— Natasha Gonder, President, North Florida Certified Public Managers

What Your Audience Walks Away With

Not Just Inspiration. A Tool.

Every session I deliver ends with something concrete, never inspiration alone. Depending on your session, that might be:

  • A Leader Audit: a personal self-assessment tool for leadership behaviors
  • A 3-question decision filter: Who else is affected? What will the customer experience? Does this make it easier or harder to keep the customer?  A simple framework any employee can apply before acting
  • A specific 30-day commitment: one concrete, named, shared behavior change
  • Personalized 30-day follow-up emails to sustain momentum after the session ends (available for corporate engagements)
  • Something built live, in the room, together, so participants leave with something they made, not just something they heard

Inspiration without commitment is just a good talk. My sessions produce both.

Who This Is For

Corporate & Association Buyers

If you’re a meeting planner, HR or L&D lead, or association organizer weighing whether a keynote will actually move the needle, not just entertain the room for an hour, this is built for you. Every session ties back to a strategic outcome: leadership capability, retention, culture, or measurable behavior change your team can point to afterward.

Campus & Student Programs

If you’re a campus activity board, student leadership program, or college administrator, I bring the same real-world operating credibility into a format built for your students. High energy, deeply interactive, and grounded in the transition from student life to the professional world. I’ve taken the APCA national stage, judged Yale’s Innovation Pitch Competition, and led workshops for NACA and APCA.

Speaking Frequently Asked Questions

A Few Things People Usually Ask

What topics do you speak on?

My work centers on one core idea: real change happens in everyday decisions, not abstract intentions. From there, I tailor into a few signature areas: customer-centric leadership, growing revenue with limited resources, workplace empowerment, culture and positivity, and multigenerational collaboration, equipping student leaders with the business and leadership foundations they need before entering the workforce.

What formats do you offer: keynote, workshop, panel, training?

All of those listed below, depending on your goals:

  • Keynote: a high-energy, standalone talk built to open or close an event
  • Workshop/training: a hands-on, interactive session where participants apply a framework or tool in real time
  • Featured speaker: a spotlight session within a larger conference or association event
  • Panel/moderator: I’ve served as both panelist and judge (including Yale’s Innovation Pitch Competition) and am comfortable in either seat
  • Breakout session: a smaller, more focused version of my keynote theme for conferences that run multiple sessions at once, rather than one big shared talk

Tell me your event format, and I’ll recommend which fits best.

What size audiences do you work with?

Anywhere from an intimate room of 11–20 (sales teams, leadership cohorts) to large-scale conferences of 300–400+ (I’ve taken the APCA national stage and spoken to full-arena college audiences). The delivery style adjusts with the room, more discussion-based for smaller groups, more high-energy and interactive for large ones.

Do you customize your sessions, or are they "off the shelf"?

Always customized. I build every session around your audience, industry, and objective. This includes the language, examples, and even the title when useful. A session for a corporate leadership team looks and sounds different from one for a college campus, even when the underlying principle is the same.

Do you offer virtual or hybrid sessions?

Yes. I’ve delivered multi-year recorded course sessions and online pitch/webinar programs, so I’m equally comfortable on a virtual stage as an in-person one.

What industries or audiences do you work best with?

My background spans global businesses related to commodities, retail, CPG, and food and financial services, which grounds my corporate content in real operational experience; but the core content adapts well across industries. On the education side, I work with universities, community colleges, high schools, campus activity boards, and student leadership programs.

How long are your sessions?

Most sessions run 60–120 minutes, with longer, fully interactive formats available for campus and multi-part corporate programs.

Do participants leave with anything tangible?

Yes, that’s a non-negotiable for me. Every session ends with a specific tool or commitment, not just inspiration: a Leader Audit and guideline, a 3-question decision filter, a personal 30-day commitment, or something built live in the room. For at least one corporate session, I have also prepared follow-up personalized emails after the 30-day period to help sustain the momentum after the session.

What's the investment to book you?

Fees depend on format, session length, and customization needs. Reach out with your event details, and I’ll put together a proposal for discussion.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible to secure your date and allow time for proper customization, but reach out even for shorter timelines, and I’ll let you know what’s realistic.

What do you need from us on the day?

Standard AV (mic, screen/projector for slides) and enough room to move and interact with the audience. Once your format is set, I’ll share simple room setup and tech needs to make sure the space works for the session.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

I’m based in Florida, USA. I travel for corporate, college/school, and other engagements both nationally and internationally.

How do we book you?

Reach out through the How Do I Serve page to connect, or Book Me directly to schedule time to talk. I’d love to hear where you are and explore how we can work together.
