Who is Angeline, and who do you work with?
I’m a Business Development Partner with more than 30 years of in-the-trenches experience working alongside business owners and leaders across multinationals and corporations, some in global roles. I work with business owners and leaders who are ready to build a culture that reduces frustration and burnout while achieving their biggest goals, with empathy, passion, and excellence guiding every step.
What exactly does a Business Development Partner do?
Think of it as so much more than coaching. I guide you to turn your short, medium, and long-term goals into reality by giving you the tools, strategy, and accountability to get there. I’m not just advising from the sidelines. I am your key partner in the journey, walking it with you.

What sets me apart is my ability to bring out the best in you as my client. This is a partnership built on empathy, support, and care. You won’t be figuring it out alone. It’s a trip for two. My approach is also built on a proprietary 3-step system (Business Planning & Analysis, Application of Assessment Tools, and Strategic Planning & Application) designed to get you real, measurable results.
What does AMP-G actually stand for?
AMP-G comes from my maiden initials (AMP) plus G, from my married name. AMP also reflects what I want for my clients. To amplify, energize, and excite their business and personal growth. Together it spells out our real mission: Authentic, Meaningful, Purposeful Growth.
What does the process look like once I start working with you?
We move through three phases together:
- Business Planning and Analysis: reviewing your current plans and results to make sure they’re aligned with your long-term goals, then validating results against targets.
- Application of Assessment Tools: drilling into specific growth areas, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and taking corrective action, while identifying key opportunities.
- Strategic Planning and Application. Building SMART goal structures, assigning responsibility, and keeping you accountable with world-class support as you move toward your results.
How long does it take to see results?
Every business and every leader is different, so timelines vary. What I can promise is a system built for fast, targeted growth with less stress. We focus on the key initiatives that move the needle, so you are not spinning your wheels on the wrong priorities and becoming frustrated.
